I discovered yoga 5 years ago, and since then, it has become not just my practice but my way of life. What started as a physical journey soon evolved into a profound exploration of mindfulness and inner peace. I am certified in corrective movements and sport injuries, and I am committed to helping others experience the profound benefits of yoga.
